Freshness Guarantee:
- We strive to deliver the freshest fruit. If you receive fruit that is damaged or spoiled, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the damaged product, and we will assist with a replacement or refund.

Returns:
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on fruits that have been delivered in good condition.
- If the fruit is damaged, a replacement or refund will be provided based on the condition of the product upon arrival.

Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we’ve received the necessary information (photos, delivery details).
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Cancellations:
- You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After this window, orders are processed for delivery and cannot be canceled.

- It is important to ensure the delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.
